AbstractSwiss Grid works in 2 different modes: "Manual" and "Locate Me". In manual mode, Swiss Grid supports calculations from and to three different coordinate system schemes: WGS84 (DMS, Degrees, Minutes, Seconds), WGS84 (Decimal Degrees) and CH1903 "Swiss Grid". Unlike most lots of other coordination calculation applications, "Swiss Grid" utilizes precise formulae for its calculations rather than approximate solutions. Specifically, this means that a transformation from scheme X to scheme Y and then back from scheme Y to scheme X will not lose any of its precision. In "Locate Me" mode, input is taken directly from the location services. Information about your current position, altitude, course and location accuracy is displayed. Furthermore, there are additional options like sending emails with your current position or directly display your position on wellknown map websites.
